At Athletic Edge Training, we help athletes and everyday people move better, get stronger, and perform at their best, even if they don’t know where to start. We coach teens and adults through tailored strength and performance programs that build a strong foundation, improve movement, and reduce injury risk. Whether you’re training for sport or life, you’ll learn how to move with purpose, gain confidence, and push toward your goals with clear guidance and support, online or in person.

One-on-One Personal Training

Individualised coaching focused on building strength, improving movement, and pushing performance. Every session is hands-on, goal-driven, and built to suit your body and sport.

NDIS Coaching

We work with NDIS participants to build strength, confidence, and functional movement in a safe, supportive environment. Sessions are tailored to individual goals and is delivered face-to-face.

Online Training

Train anywhere with personalised programs, video feedback, and full support. You’ll know exactly what to do, how to do it, and why it works, all from your phone.
